Surprise Surprise: White Kids Murder Mexican – Acquitted
I was going to post tonight about the Celtics-Bulls series that concluded a few hours ago, but then I saw the headline on CNN that the kids who beat Luis Ramirez, a Mexican immigrant, to death got off.
Friends and relatives of two teens accused in the beating death of a Mexican immigrant struggled to contain their relief as not-guilty verdicts were announced on the most serious charges against the former high school football stars Friday.
Luis Ramirez died of blunt force injuries after a confrontation with a group of Pennsylania teens.Gasps filled the courtroom and some had to be restrained by sheriff’s deputies as they tried to rush the defense table after Derrick Donchak, 19, and Brandon Piekarsky, 17, were acquitted of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and ethnic intimidation for the death of Luis Ramirez.
Piekarsky was also found not guilty of third-degree murder for the death of Ramirez, who died of blunt force injuries after an encounter with the teens last summer.
However, the all-white jury of six men and six women from Schuylkill County jury found Piekarsky and Donchak guilty of simple assault.

I have no words, I see now how a big part of society view Hispanics, why then do we worry about people who are dying in other counties(for various reasons)? Is it because they’re not here and we really don’t have to deal with them, maybe we’re more racist than we think.

This is the best way to let people know that they can hurt other people that are not of their color and walk free. This court and this jury are another example of the loss of value for life that exist in these times in the highest levels in our society. (What would you think if this had happened to your son, is this justice?)

Those two teenage boys should be beaten to death. They were drinking!!!! It is still involuntary manslaughter. Please someone kill these white boys. They deserve at least a brain injury!! It is amazing how people are angry when a puppy is thrown from a mountain, but another person does not get the same anger. Please someone kill Derrick Donchak and Brandon Piekarsky!!!

It is a shame that people get away with murder as in this case. Let us also not forget the Jena 6 in Louisiana, who got away with attempted murder. Let us call for federal charges against those thugs as well. Anyone with even half a brain should know that beating and stomping on someone’s head could result in their death.

There is a man who has died. If these people are acquitted because you couldn’t find evidence against specific one of them, does that mean that there was no death? Collectively punish them, make them pay or make their parents pay to the victim’s family. It does not matter if the victim was the aggressor. You were like a bunch of guys attacking a single guy, all of you have collectively made the same mistake the victim alone made.

I am not from America. I was thinking to come there for education. I thought it was a good country for education but reading this story, i just changed my mind in few seconds. I would rather be poor than a big-fat morbidly obese rich guy. All america got is money and power and mind it- these doesnt make one great. Funny thing is these racist people think God love them. U are rich doesnt mean God loves you. God hates you thats why even after getting all the resources by killing entire Indian race havent make your country happy. Rich yes Happy No. I’d rather be poor and happy.

Bob – grow up. I’m sure the drunk idiots took their time to find out whether or not Luis was legally in the country or not before the assault took place. Simple fact of the matter is that if the fellow was white, these two boys would not have gotten off as scot-free as they did.
